On September 30th we went to an English theatre performance called United Neighbours of London. We left school at around 12:20 and arrived before 13:00. The performance lasted for about an hour and we got back in time for our last class. 

The performance itself was very entertaining. After a man gets a mysterious letter, he opens it with his neighbour. The letter warns him that death is coming to his apartment building. He doesn't believe it at first, but his neighbor confirms that it is real. Then the two set off to warn the other residents. They manage to warn everyone and they all react differently. Some want to fight, others escape. Some are even happy. They all prepare in their own way for the coming of death. Once death comes, she checks all the doors. She can't take anyone other than Ray, an old war veteran. He welcomes her with open arms (after he finishes Stranger Things season 4) and willingly goes with her to the afterlife. 

I would call the performance a comedy, as it was interesting and funny. I think it was the perfect level of English for our grade, because the vocabulary was simple and there were a lot of visual clues to fill in the blanks. I quite enjoyed it. I can't speak for my classmates, but most of them said that they had enjoyed it as well. It was very impressive that they managed to play so many characters with only three actors.
